Once again I have completely re-designed the site, this time using mambo/joomba.  I decided to do this for no good reason other than that I felt like it ... last night about 11.  Going to post the C# version of the reading rater program pretty soon here ... so for the first time in a long time there will be some new software to download.  Be sure and check it out cause it's cool. :-)  Also, I'll be adding a thing or two to the Pieces and Parts section.
