This is a little lotto picker program that isn't meant to be great ... just wrote when I was going through the "randomizing" section in one of my C# books. This is not freeware ... it's winware. If you win the lotto with it you have to send me 7% of your winnings, ;-) It does allow you to specify a number range,
number of numbers, and number of picks, so from that perspective I
guess it's okay. The entire c# project is included for no good
reason. check the bin/release or whatever if you just want the
program and no c# project.
