DDI.DbfFiles is a .NET class library to open and write to DBASE III IV and V files at the binary level. The current state is a working, simple, no frills class to read from a file to a table, and write back to a file from a table.

If anyone is interested in developing this further and would like to collaborate let me know and we can trade updates. If there are enough people interested I'll put up a site just for managing the project. This is completely open source and free for anyone to use and modify and do whatever you want with it. The only requirement is that you send me your updates and improvements. :-)

• Might extend eventually to cover other version of dbase
• Add memo / index support?
• Support for non-ms dbase versions (some code written for db2k)
